I stopped by on a delivery run on 05.10.25. It's easy to locate near Embassy of Japan, and the guards were friendly and polite. 👍🏽

It's a freehold property with spacious units of at least 3000 sqft, three parking spaces and a private lobby, which is rare in the KLCC area. The clubhouse is adequate and the swimming pool is huge. Maintenance is very good and security is tight, with high-end residents and consulates all around. Despite being right in the city centre, the surroundings are quiet. KLCC, KLCC2, Conlay MRT and Pavilion are all within walking distance.

The building has north and south sections, with three residences and one annexi on each floor. Each residence has its own lift from inside, while a separate lift on every level serves visitors, management and others. The residences are beautiful inside, with nice views outside, and security is good.

I visited a friend here. It's an older but premium compound for families, quite close to KLCC park. The area feels upscale, with several cafes, restaurants and other facilities nearby.

An upmarket condo near klcc. There's a lot of construction around at the moment because of the MRT project. Once that's finished, the property units will go up.
