The hotel’s only good point was its strategic location on Petaling Street. The second room was a little cleaner, but it had two doors without keys, and we had no idea where they led. That left us feeling very unsafe, as if anyone could walk in. There were no tissues in the room and no Wi-Fi information either. In the first room we were given, there were cockroaches and a centipede, and the bedsheets looked filthy, as if they hadn’t been changed in ages. When we asked to change rooms, the staff were rude and unhelpful, with no apology or basic courtesy. I regret staying here and strongly advise looking elsewhere. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on any traveler. Save your money and peace of mind, stay somewhere else.

We hadn’t planned to stay here. We booked Alor Boutique through Traveloka, but they were overbooked and moved us to Pollodium. I was skeptical, honestly, but everything turned out fine. The location was nice, with a really good halal mala place nearby. The room was okay, not the best but not the worst, and I forgot to take photos. The AC and everything else worked well, and the staff were kind. There’s a water refill station, so bring your own bottle. We paid RM 100 as a deposit and got it back, so no scam at all.

The lift was out of order for my entire stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. My room was dirty when I checked in, and housekeeping seemed very poor. The AC also wasn’t working properly, so the room was uncomfortable. The staff weren’t helpful, and even basic assistance was difficult to get. This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel needs major improvements, and I don’t recommend it.

I left without checking in. The room was extremely dirty and smelled bad, and the payment couldn't be refunded, so I lost the money. I strongly advise people not to stay here.

The hotel is really nice and the service is very good. I had no problems. If you need help with anything or want to find somewhere, just ask the front desk staff.
