The place may look appealing in old listings, but the current living conditions make it feel overpriced to me. Visit at different times of day and don’t rely on agents’ promises or outdated photos. Some agents create urgency while units remain vacant, and some may hide or downplay the construction on all sides. Some owners still raise rents despite the worsening conditions, with the attitude that construction isn’t their problem. Noise is a major issue. Two large construction projects are underway and expected to continue for another 3-5 years, with drilling, dust, and loud noise that affect sleep, health, and daily life. The rear side doesn’t solve it either, since nearby restaurants regularly play loud music until midnight. The open front view is gone, covered by buildings, and there’s no more morning sunlight or ventilation. The property feels boxed in and suffocating. Deliveries aren’t allowed at the door, so food and parcels are left outside the building, which is inconvenient and feels unsafe. Management seems to show little concern for residents’ comfort. There are also concerns about the investment: property prices have declined over the past 10-15 years, and many owners seem stuck, unable to sell without a loss. With the ongoing construction, poor living conditions, and falling values, this seems risky. Idaman Residence KLCC used to be a great place to stay, but things have changed a lot.

The apartment is very noisy now, and I see other reviews mentioning it too. The noise has increased a lot. Even with the doors and all the windows shut, there’s noise in the background all day. Some owners still charge very high prices despite the living conditions not being recommended.

Under the new 2025 law, food delivery riders can’t leave orders at the guardhouse. It’s a terrible experience for both riders and residents who own here. Customers have to collect the food themselves.

A beautiful place in the heart of KL, with a generous layout and large balconies where you can watch stunning sunsets.

The mini grocery is the only one here that doesn’t stick to set hours, even for a high-standard condo in KLCC. Some days it opens at 10 am, other days at noon. Closing time varies too, from 7 pm to 10 pm. The schedule keeps changing, so we can hardly keep track and end up having to chase the owner to find out when it’ll open or close. I don’t know whether they understand English or the local language. The inconvenience and poor customer service get one star from me.
