The apartment is affordable, nice, and can sleep six easily. I stayed for two weeks, and it's not far from KL Sentral or Mid Valley megamall. Still, it's in the same lot as a lot of nightclubs, so we didn't feel very safe at night. The owner can be rude sometimes, cleaning only happens every 4 days, and cockroaches show up now and then.

There were lots of broken things in the apartment, and cockroaches made it seem unhygienic. They also charge for the swimming pool, but don't mention that anywhere.

We booked this homestay for five people. It was comfortable and well organized, and the price felt fair for a place with a pool, gym, and parking. The location in the city is good too.
