The room was dusty on both the floor and walls, smelled strongly unpleasant, and had a broken shower, terrible air conditioning, and two outlets that didn’t work. There was also a huge cockroach under the bed. At check-in, the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. When I asked for a toothbrush, she said they didn’t provide one, despite my earlier call where the hotel had assured me they were available. She only handed one over after I challenged her, which seemed dishonest and poorly trained. Parking was another problem: I booked because the listing said “FREE PARKING,” but on arrival I learned there were only about 15 spaces for the whole hotel, allocated first come, first served. That limitation hadn’t been clearly stated when booking. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic service made this a very frustrating stay. I’d advise others to think twice unless they’re prepared for misleading information and poor service.

Of the places I’ve stayed in Kuala Lumpur, this has been the best so far. I’ve visited twice. They let me check in early and check out late without a fee, the room was impressive, and the service was amazing. I’ll definitely stay at Prescott again when I’m back in KL. Thanks.

The hotel was peaceful at night, which made it easy to rest even though it’s in the city. Its central spot is handy for the LRT, malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and getting a Grab. My room was spacious, clean, and kept tidy each day by housekeeping. It had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, hot water, and an iron in the room so I could press clothes without going out. The staff were welcoming and professional from arrival, and check-in was smooth. I had a wonderful stay at Prescott Hotel Medan Tuanku and would happily stay again or recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient place in Kuala Lumpur.

The area is busy, but parking is easy to find if you arrive after office hours. The room was great, and the air conditioning was really cold. There were plenty of hangers, plus an iron, kettle, and refrigerator. A good choice for a business trip.

Trip. Com recommended this place, and the location is nice, near Pertama Complex and Sogo, with 7 eleven and KK Mart close by. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, and the fluffy pillows come with two extras. Air conditioning worked well, though the hot shower wasn’t hot enough. It felt quite safe. There’s a small basement car park with very limited spaces, as well as a little in-house cafe serving affordable food and drinks.
