Marriott Executive Apartments Kuala Lumpur

We forgot to photograph the grilled fish (ikan panggang), we were too keen to eat it! The food was fantastic, with every dish full of flavor, and I especially enjoyed the warm dessert. The cozy, comfortable atmosphere made it easy to relax over the meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and well-trained, and the hospitality was excellent. Thanks so much to Chef Partibhan for a wonderful dining experience. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The moment I keep thinking about is breakfast, when my child accidentally broke a dish. I felt worried and embarrassed as a parent, but none of the staff showed any frustration or disappointment. They stayed calm, smiled warmly, and reassured us. That kindness meant more than I can say, and really showed the heart of the Marriott Executive Apartments. We spent a month there, and the genuine warmth of every staff member made it much more than just a place to stay. My memories of Malaysia will always be happy ones. The property is relatively new, so everything was spotless and worked perfectly. Our room and the facilities made the whole month comfortable and relaxing. We also loved the pool and the excellent facilities and service. The canopy meant we could enjoy it whatever the weather. The water was a little cold for a long swim, but the sauna was a comfortable place to warm up afterward. Most of all, I’m grateful to all the staff who greeted us with bright smiles and treated us with such care. You made our long stay feel like home. I truly hope to return.

The location made it easy to cross the street to the convention center, park, and Suria mall. I was in apartment 3505 for five nights, and it had all the appliances I needed for cooking as well as a washing machine. Bathrobes and slippers were supplied, and the closet had a safe, ironing board, iron, and flashlight. Check-in was efficient, and being allowed in at 11:30am was a welcome change after a long trip. Everything felt high quality, from the staff to the amenities, as the property was brand new. I didn't use housekeeping during those five nights since I didn't need fresh bedding or towels. I did try the pool one afternoon, but it was crowded with lots of families. The Marriott is in a secure room that you enter with your key card. The sign on the roof says parcel room. I recommend looking at my rooftop photos. I plan to return to KL and will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks to all the staff.

We spent five lovely days here over the school break, arriving on the 2nd of June. At check-in we saw some mattresses on the floor, but the staff quickly moved us to another room, within just 10 minutes. Mr. Shamim, the manager, acted promptly, and Mr. Iman made the move easy. That kind of gesture makes a real difference when you're hosting families with children. We'll definitely come back for future stays.
