Breakfast had a great range, with different dishes each day, and the views were fantastic. The pool was fabulous too. I loved the big bath and the hot water tup for making instant drinks. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean, and I absolutely loved staying here. One thing I'm still curious about: what are the little red ornaments they gave me with breakfast and with the fruit welcome gift? The location is highly recommended too.

The staff at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade were so considerate. My wife wasn't well enough to eat comfortably in the restaurant, and they kindly packed breakfast for her. That thoughtful help meant a lot during our stay. The buffet itself was enjoyable, with plenty of fresh, nicely presented choices for different tastes. The food was well prepared, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We really appreciate the team's kindness. Great breakfast and warm service, highly recommended.

I was warmly welcomed at both check-in and checkout, and enjoyed the breakfast. The swimming pool was clean and good, and the gym was nice. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. I was upgraded to a room with a stocked minibar, a fruit platter, and a personalized welcome note. The room was cleaned, and the view was incredible.

We stayed from 3rd to 6th February and couldn't fault the hotel. Everyone was friendly and so helpful, and the staff were great. Special thanks to Ruzaidie at reception, extremely helpful and a credit to the hotel. The rooms and housekeeping were great, the shower was amazing, and breakfast always had something suitable.

I had a memorable stay at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade and would happily come back for a future holiday. The room was spotless and modern, with elegant decor and a super comfortable bed. Facilities and amenities were well maintained and looked brand new. Breakfast at Chorak restaurant had enough options and the food was very tasty. Everyone I met was polite and professional, and the team went out of their way to make me comfortable. Thanks to Cindy (the General Manager), Dayang, Stephanie, Chan, Kelly, Zainuddin, Hadi, Aiman, Arfah, Shannon and Jean for the hospitality. At Chorak restaurant, Samad, Azbal, Syed, Zul and Amin took care of all my dining needs. Lokman, the housekeeper/room attendant, kept the room spotless throughout my stay.
