During my one-week stay, I heard a woman screaming and ran out to find an Indian man trying to force his way into a room where a woman was travelling alone. I intervened and found out the man was a hotel employee. It appeared to be an attempted assault. Both the woman and I reported it to management, but they took no action. I consider this hotel unsafe and indifferent to crime, and want to warn others considering a stay. For your own safety, don't stay here.

Being close to Nu Sentral makes it easy to get around, and there are lots of delicious Indian restaurants nearby. My room at My Hotel was clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. It came with essentials like a hairdryer, towels, and bottled drinking water, but remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. It can get a little noisy, so light sleepers may want to ask for a higher-floor room. I found it good value for the price.

The room was clean, roomy enough for a family, and comfortable, with good, timely room service. The location is convenient for public transport and there are lots of nearby restaurants. But reception was a letdown. The staff there were rude and unwelcoming, with little basic courtesy, no welcoming smile, and abrupt answers to questions. Swathi was the one person who showed consideration and professionalism, and she was polite and helpful. The room and location worked well, but reception service needs serious improvement.

It's centrally located, and I could walk to KL SENTRAL in about 5-7 minutes, which was ideal for exploring. But my room was so small I couldn't open my suitcase properly, and the staff were a little unfriendly. As a woman travelling alone, I also had doubts about safety.

My Hotel @ Kl Sentral is in a central spot, so getting around was easy, with cabs, MRT, LRT, and buses all available. I had a pleasant stay, with a good room and friendly staff.
