The room had a mini kitchen with an electric stove and dishwasher, which was great for making eggs and toast for breakfast since we didn't opt for breakfast. Housekeeping was thoughtful and kept all my stuff neatly arranged. The receptionists and other staff were extremely welcoming. I stayed six days and five nights for the first time, and it was worth my money. The location was good too, with Starbucks and mynews, Malaysia's convenience store, in the same building, Sunway163 mall next door and McDonald's nearby. I only wish there were a few more amenities, like a shaver, but I could buy a disposable one at the mart. Still good value, and definitely suitable for solo travellers, couples and families. I'll be back :)

Nasir always had a big smile and checked in whenever we saw him to make sure we had what we needed. He also kept our room spotless with his careful cleaning. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived, always ready to help, and made us feel right at home. Our Den bedroom was clean, roomy and well kept, with a relaxing feel, a super comfy bed and thoughtfully arranged amenities. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House KL, Mont Kiara. The location is nice, with a couple of small malls, restaurants and street food stalls nearby. There's not much to see in the area, but it's a pleasant neighborhood. We'd recommend it for comfort, good service and value, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

At the Sky Terrace of Hyatt House in 2023, our Main Convent Ipoh classmates marked 50 years of friendship with laughter, memories, music, great food and a beautiful cake. City lights sparkled around us as we celebrated bonds that have lasted half a century. Turab from the restaurant is one of the best staff members at Hyatt House. Thanks to him, I could start every morning and every week with happiness and positive energy. I'm a Korean guest who comes for long business stays, usually one or two months at a time, several times a year. I've been at many Kuala Lumpur hotels since 2015, but Hyatt House has always made me feel comfortable, with service that feels like home. All the staff are very kind and give excellent service. Even though I'm not fluent in the language, they never make me feel uncomfortable.
