The room itself was excellent: spacious and well equipped, with a washing machine and oven. The cupboards were clearly labelled, and the hair dryer was one of the best I’ve used in a hotel. Security was good, with an access card needed to enter the building. The room door used a password rather than a card, though, and during my stay a group of people walked in while I was asleep. They’d been given my room number and password by mistake. Customer service was reachable and sorted it out promptly. It was an honest error, but management could consider using a card for the room as well as, or instead of, a password. Since this isn’t a hotel, check-in was a hassle. I had to bank the payment into the provided account first, and no one was there to show me to the room. Finding my way was tricky because hotel guests and residents use different entrances and exits. Check-in at 3 pm is later than at most hotels, and checkout at 11 am is earlier.
