The house is very well maintained. Just a small thing: the place should be cleaned up before tenants are let in for the day.

I was on set 🎬🎥🎞️ here for a CNY shoot. This place is much sought after for commercial shoots, which go by its name. I last filmed here in 2019 for the "Appeton" commercial, and now I've done another one. I understand it's an Airbnb, probably about 50 years old, with fresh paint inside and out and some minor Renos. It's a very spacious two-storey house with five bedrooms and enough parking for the production trucks. The roadside location is strategic, and there are convenient F&B options for supper time.

The residents were really friendly. It's an easy place to find, with lovely gardens and landscaping. Wonderful place.

It's got the basic necessities, but the pillows and dorm beds are rock hard.
