The place looked high-end from outside, but my level 19 unit was disappointing and dirty. There were baby cockroaches all over, the curtains were in poor shape, and the toilet was slippery and dirty. There was even maggi inside the kettle, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

I was there on October 12 2021. Pool use was organized into several one-hour sessions, with each session split into two slots: one for adults, capped at 12, and one for children, capped at 3. That made a maximum of 15 people per session.

The pool was closed because of COVID. The rooms were nice, though a bit dirty.

They had no room for me when I arrived to check in. This place shouldn't get a star.
