Ramada Suites by Wyndham Kuala Lumpur City Centre

The pool area was lovely, and the room had great facilities. Breakfast was great, curry included 😋. It's in the best location in Kuala Lumpur, close to bars, restaurants, and attractions. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The management is caring, and the receptionists are helpful. They let you leave your luggage. The location is amazing if you enjoy a lively, crowded area during your stay. Kuala Lumpur feels like it's all here at night, every single night, and the main attractions are very close.

The checkout turned into a very upsetting argument. Staff said we'd damaged a towel because it had makeup stains, first asking for 100 MYR, then 80 MYR, and eventually agreeing to 40 MYR after a long discussion. They threatened to call the police and general manager, but when we asked them to, suddenly the manager wasn't available. They said the towel was permanently damaged and couldn't be cleaned. We took it home, ran it through a normal washing machine cycle once, and the stain came out completely. We stayed two nights, and the towels we'd used on the first day were folded and put back instead of being replaced. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom. This isn't about expecting luxury, but basic hygiene and professional behavior should be expected at any hotel. The way the situation was handled felt intimidating and extremely unprofessional, leaving a very bad final impression of our stay.

The location is a big plus, right in the Bukit Bintang area with easy access to food, malls, and nightlife. It's still quiet and comfortable inside. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and had what I needed, and housekeeping kept it spotless. For the price and location, it's one of the best values in KL. The staff made everything easy from the moment I arrived, especially Ms Ayunani Harif and Mr Lawrence. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient, and the front desk team were cheerful and ready to help with small requests. The combination of comfort, convenience, and service made the stay memorable. I'd stay at Ramada Suites KLCC again and recommend it for a business trip, couple's getaway, or family trip to Kuala Lumpur. Thanks to all the staff, and credit goes to Ms Ayu.
