We had a great view from our room on level 18, and the bedsheets and pillows were great too. The rooms are small but adequate, with a few hangers on an open rail instead of a wardrobe. The bathroom was nice, though it needs hooks or rails for towels. Breakfast has plenty of variety, and the freshly made omelette was the highlight. The coffee, though, was really bad. It comes from an automatic machine with two options, and the cold or hot milk you add is unlabelled. TWT Coffee in Jakel Mall, nearby and open from 8.30am, was much better, made with fresh milk. Staff at the hotel were friendly. It’s well located for major amenities by ‘Grab’, and reasonably priced with everything you need. I’d stay again.

We love the location because Indian food is important to us, and there are many Indian restaurants within walking distance. The Twin Towers, Chinatown, and Bukit Bintang are nearby too. We stayed here in April 2025, then returned in May 2026 for seven nights in rooms 515 and 702, and had another wonderful visit. Everyone made our stay happy, comfortable, and memorable. The staff across the rooms, catering, room service, housekeeping, and breakfast were excellent. At breakfast, an Indian Malay girl with glasses looked after guests warmly and professionally, though I unfortunately don’t know her name. Mohd Latiff (GSM) at reception helped us with many things during check-in and check-out. The bell boys were great too, and one kind gentleman helped arrange airport transfers. We’ll definitely come back to the same hotel next year if the staff keep being this amazing. The owners are lucky to have such a good team, because I know how valuable good staff are. The noise was a real problem. After 11pm, I could hear loud vacuuming somewhere, and early in the morning there was noise from the restaurant setting up breakfast, with people talking and ceramic plates clattering. Many rooms face the restaurant in a central courtyard, so the sound carries even to higher floors. The stay was decent otherwise, but the rooms don’t have a closet, just a rack with hangers above the desk, which doesn’t feel like a 4-star experience. The amenities were poor too: only one towel for hands and feet, despite our reservation being for two people, and no bathrobe.

The hotel kindly kept my makeup bag after I left it behind at checkout, and I got it back more than eight hours later. Thank you for being honest and looking after it. The rooftop pool has amazing views of KL Tower, and breakfast has a solid spread. Staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms are cozy and comfy, and valet parking is RM15 per day with multiple entries. It’s convenient, with landmarks, MRT/LRT, and attractions all within walking distance. A good choice for a stay in KL.
