I booked through Hotels.com and the stay was absolutely awful. The apartment looked very different from the pictures, and checking in was confusing. They said there’d be a desk, but there wasn’t one, then messaged me at the last minute to collect the key from the security guard. They also asked me to pay an RM200 deposit through some link, which seemed dodgy. I called the “hotel” many times and nobody answered.

At Suasana Bukit Ceylon, we were stopped by security and not allowed into the pool even though we were wearing proper swimwear. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked. The guard identified himself as Ashin and spoke rudely and disrespectfully. Other guests wearing similar swimwear were allowed in, which felt unfair and inconsistent. There’d been no clear information beforehand about pool restrictions, which misleads guests choosing the property for its facilities. It was a frustrating, disappointing stay. We wouldn’t recommend it unless management improves communication and treats all guests fairly.

No stars deserved. The management is the worst, and the parking system is nonsense. Everything was fine the day before, then when we asked, they said, “Oh, we just started this rule today.” The security guards were rude and entitled. Why act so entitled? A really bad experience.

Quiet and serene, and the place is secure, clean, and well maintained.

The condo has a nice mix of leafy surroundings and city life. It's right in the city center, a great place to live.
