The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows and fantastic views. I could imagine living there forever. It had the essentials, including a kitchen, washing machine and even a water filter, though you'll need to bring some toiletries. The convenience store on the ground floor was handy too. It's an apartment hotel near the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur. There's a front desk, but check-in requires communicating individually, which felt unusual. Still, I had no other problems. The room's washing machine leaked and couldn't be used, and the window view was depressing, nothing like the listing had suggested. Even the ATM in the lobby offers an outrageous exchange rate, so avoid it if you're short on cash. The facilities feel completely dilapidated and run-down. Check-in staff were unprofessional and dismissive, setting a bad tone for the trip. Overall, a very unpleasant stay, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The room had a good view, and I'm glad there's a Landry machine. But reception was strange and felt quite rude. I had completed online check-in after receiving instructions the day before, and handed over my passport on arrival. The staff member only said, “show your booking,” even after I explained twice that I'd checked in and showed my passport again. I had to log back into the check-in page myself, and she only checked my name.

The rooftop pool is the best part, and there's a fully functioning kitchen in the modern place. It's close to attractions too. You do have to pay a security deposit, but it's refunded.
