The pool views were stunning, and I liked having a convenience store open until 2 a.m. The elevators were a little slow, though that's expected in a 48-story building. The room was pristine and had everything, from cups and plates to a kettle and filtered water dispenser. The location is great, walking distance to KLCC Park and the Twin Towers, with a quick Grab ride to Bukit Bintang. Well worth the money, and I'd happily stay again.

The rooms are really nice, though perhaps a little noisy, and the pool on the 47th floor is amazing. The view is great for now, but a few buildings around it will pop up soon. I recommend it!

We were given a room with a naked electricity cable. It sparked and smelled of fire when we arrived, as if there were a short voltage. The owner wanted to hide it with a picture on the wall. Luckily we were safe, but it took them almost an hour to sort it out. Awful service, especially for a place that isn't a $20 guesthouse.

The room was so comfy, and it had a luxurious feel. Amazing experience, especially the superb swimming pool. I'll definitely stay here again!

The infinity pool view was amazing, the most pleasant surprise of my trip to KL. I'd recommend going early in the morning, when it's less crowded, so you can enjoy the view in peace.
