Signature Hotel at Bangsar South by ZEN Rooms

It was easy to explore the city because there’s a light rail station nearby. The hotel surroundings were fairly quiet, so I could rest without interruption. My room was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job each day keeping everything in order. The front desk team were friendly, professional, and ready to help, which made check-in and communication pleasant and easy. I’d highly recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, peaceful setting, helpful staff, and convenient transport access. I’d stay again.

There’s a TV in the room, but it can’t be used because it isn’t cable TV. They also provide a kettle and coffee, but no cup or glass, so how are you supposed to drink it?

For the price, the room worked well for me. Public transport was easy to access, and food delivery was easy to arrange.

I got the booking date wrong by accident because I was rushing and got last-minute duty calls. When I arrived, the hotel staff couldn’t register me, so I paid for a new booking at the walk-in rate for that date. After checking in, I requested a refund for the original booking, but the hotel denied it two days later, citing its policy. Then they shouldn’t advertise “free cancellation” on the apps. It cost me a lot for just one night, since I paid for two nights. Strongly not recommended. My family and I had always stayed here, but after this, no more.
