At about 7 pm, in the rain, I was told to cancel my fully paid booking and find another place because there was a water problem and it wasn't safe to stay. This was yesterday, just as I was about to reach STAR SERVICED SUITE KLCC. I reported it to the police, but they didn't help. I also had a tour the next day with pickup at the hotel, so this caused a lot of inconvenience. Their only solution was to refund the money, but it still hadn't arrived, despite them saying they'd return it right away. I also tried contacting Agoda, but reaching customer service wasn't easy, and after waiting two hours I still had no reply. I had to book another hotel that cost more. The service was unacceptable. Their licence should be removed and they shouldn't be allowed to operate. The police think they are scamming.

I made the booking six months ago, but a few days before arrival the Booking app wouldn't load that reservation. The host said the property wasn't theirs anymore. Then, a day before my stay, a message came from another number saying the apartment had a leakage problem and the booking had to be cancelled. If they knew the place was uninhabitable, why didn't they contact me earlier? Other reviews make it look like they use this same excuse with lots of people. Don't book here, they could leave you homeless without notice. The name on Booking has now changed to Star serviced Suite KLCC.

They called at 2 pm to say they didn't have a room, even though I was due to arrive at 6 pm. They cancelled at the last moment. I'd recommend avoiding this place and not booking it.

There were five of us arriving from Bali after a delayed four-hour flight. We got to the hotel at 3 am, five months after booking in March, and were told there was no room. Their solution was to charge us €150 for a hotel room for the few hours we had left to sleep. They wouldn't take cards, only cash, so apparently we were meant to withdraw money at 3 am. I've never had an experience like it. Outrageous, and never again.

The swimming pool view is the only nice thing. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage and couldn't be used, and they couldn't fix it. If you're okay with smelling sewage throughout your stay, you can book here. Otherwise, don't stay.
