Staycation KL - Continew Residence

We stayed here as a family of six. It had two rooms and two bathrooms, and the room was clean. There was air conditioning throughout, plus a refrigerator, washing machine, TV and WiFi. A large swimming pool was available, and the view of the KL skyline and TRX was superb.

The bathroom door nearly trapped me, and the shower barely worked while spraying water everywhere. The room was gloomy, the sheets had hair on them, and the walls were stained. Even the kitchen had oil marks, and the floor felt greasy and sticky underfoot. The sofa was broken inside, with springs poking through a thin, dusty cover. The whole place was uncomfortable and badly in need of a deep clean and repairs. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Room A-28-3A was filthy, smelled terrible, had a broken bed, and the air conditioner didn’t work. We left right away, but still couldn’t get the $500 back. I’m very disappointed with Agoda’s service. They won’t reimburse what we spent or do anything to resolve the problem. Never use this company.

The road traffic made the apartment quite noisy, and checkout had very little grace time, with extra hours costing more. Inside, the kitchen and cabinets had ants everywhere, and the floor was sticky and filthy. Luckily, we brought bedroom slippers. It was bare minimum: no toiletries, shampoo, soap, or body wash, and nowhere to put shampoo or soap except on the toilet floor. Yuck.
