The only possible issue was the thin walls. I could hear noise from outside, so light sleepers might find that bothersome, though it didn't bother me. I stayed a few days on a trip back in December, and everything was within my expectations. The room was tidy, the bed comfortable enough for me, and the staff were really nice. I usually bring toiletries and a towel just in case, but the hotel supplied a towel and had a soap dispenser in the bathroom. Remember to bring RM50 cash for the deposit. There's also a self check-in machine beside the counter, which is useful if you don't carry cash.

A comfortable bed and a very clean place, with simple rooms that have air conditioning, a wall fan, a TV, and a compact but roomy shower room. For a budget stay in a quieter part of Brickfields, the windowless rooms away from the street are a good choice if you need to catch up on sleep.

The rooms and shared areas were very clean, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The reception staff were supportive, and I had a pleasant stay.

Getting around KL was easy from here. KL Sentral is a short walk away, with the LRT, MRT, and Monorail nearby for airport trips and exploring the city. Right in Brickfields (Little India), the hotel is surrounded by authentic food and lively shops. My room was spotless, and the strong air conditioning was a relief after walking in the heat. The water dispenser and iron and ironing board on each floor were useful extras for a budget stay. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with questions. Sun Inns Hotel Sentral Brickfields offers great value for the price. I'd recommend it as a convenient base for solo travellers or couples, and I'd stay again.
