Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the pool was a standout both by day and at night. The hotel’s atmosphere mixes luxury with fun, and you feel its vibrant energy as soon as you enter, with stylish interiors and stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Our room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with the little touches you’d expect from a luxury lifestyle hotel. Staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout, making the stay feel effortless. A great Kuala Lumpur option for business or leisure. I’m looking forward to coming back.

For customer service, I’d give 5 stars. The staff were friendly and helpful during the Shiseido event I attended at W hotel under marriot hotel on the 10th floor on 23rd May 2026. The design gets 3 stars from me. I personally found it too dark, especially the toilet. Once the cubicle door was closed, it felt really scary. The food presentation looked good, but the food itself was very bad, just 3 stars. The buns were rough and bland, and the desserts weren’t good either. This really needs to improve. I’m grateful that you’ll look into it.

The pool and upper deck restaurant were a highlight, with a luxurious atmosphere, great music, and stunning city views. We loved relaxing up there. Our room looked out at the Twin Towers, and the view was breathtaking, especially at night with the skyline lit up. It was one of our best experiences. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt luxurious and premium. Service was fast and professional, with staff taking care of every little thing. Breakfast and dining offered a huge variety, and the food tasted fresh and premium. Our stay at W Kuala Lumpur made our recent Malaysia trip even more memorable. It’s an experience I’d recommend to anyone visiting KL for luxury, great views, and top-class hospitality.

The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, with good music and a great atmosphere for relaxing or taking photos. The food was excellent too, with good variety and quality. At W Kuala Lumpur, the modern, stylish feel carries through to the beautifully designed, clean rooms, especially those with views of the Petronas Towers. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, making the service feel personal and welcoming. A perfect stay, highly recommended for Kuala Lumpur.
