The rates were good value, and I had a good stay overall. It’s easy to walk to the Petronas twin towers, Suria KLCC, and Pavilion shopping centres, though be ready for an uphill walk on the way back. Our suite had a homely lounge, a generously sized kitchen and island bench, and a decent main bedroom with plenty of storage. There weren’t many utensils or cooking items. The second bedroom, with its single bed, is very small and may only suit a child. The bed was hard enough that we woke up sore, and the bathroom had an unpleasant sewer-like smell. The Sky lounge dining area has nice views. We only had drinks there, so I can’t comment on the food. The pool on Level 8 felt short on seats and loungers for its size, and the water was quite cold. There are plenty of activities for young children and a small gym for adults.

Shahid, Sam, and Raja were especially kind and attentive with our children. They greeted us warmly and made small, thoughtful gestures that made the stay feel personal and easy. We were there as a family at Wyndham Suites KLCC and found the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming from the start. Staff were consistently friendly and made a real effort to make us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and set up well for a family, giving us a comfortable place to unwind after exploring KL. We felt very well looked after and would happily return. Thank you.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the residence has lots to keep kids busy. There’s an indoor playground on level 8 and snowplay on level 48. We only got around to exploring everything on our last day, otherwise we could have enjoyed all the facilities.

Choosing this property was a mistake. We booked two 68-square-meter suites, each with one double room and one single room, but the single room had a tiny bed and nothing else beyond a wardrobe. The suite came with just one bath towel. Our room wasn’t cleaned, towels weren’t replaced, and although we got four complimentary water bottles the first night, there were none the second night. Breakfast was very limited, with only a few local dishes.

The twin towers looked incredible from my spacious, clean room, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out texts were quick, simple, and useful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
