The apartment felt poorly maintained and not ready for guests. It was dirty, the cutlery was unhygienic and there was no basic housekeeping. I asked for cleaning three times, but the caretaker forgot and said I needed to remind him. He was also negligent and arrogant. Check-in was a problem too. There was no assistance, so we had to carry our own luggage and wait a long time for the caretaker to bring the access card. There was no tea or coffee, not even basic sachets. The pool also cost 20 RM per hour despite being listed as an amenity. What was advertised on MMT/Booking.com didn't match what we got. The caretaker was rude, with no accountability or apology. This felt like a complete online scam.

We booked this place for its prime location after our original booking was cancelled, and came with our family of six for New Year. Check-in was easy and there was no deposit, which was a plus. I'd asked for a floor above 30, but we got a lower one. The room felt bare and gloomy, with an odd-colored table that didn't help. The old TV was awkwardly positioned, and its remote wouldn't adjust the volume, so we only watched YouTube. It felt like being back in the 90s. The Indian scent in the room made me giddy and drowsy, almost suffocating. Other things were either not working or seemed very worn. The bidet leaked, though they fixed it the next day. There were no tissues or rags to wipe the kitchen table, so we bought our own. The iron left a stain on our clothes, and one shirt was ruined because it wouldn't come out. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

The operator cancelled my booking just a week before check-in, saying it was a technical error. They were still listing the same dates afterward, at double the price. Be careful with this operator, they seem unreliable and dishonest.

The worst part was finding cockroaches everywhere, including on the bed. They were on the TV stand, sofa, in the toilets and under the bed too. We ended up sharing a room with our two kids. The other room we shared might have been infested as well, though at least it looked cleaner. I even rolled toilet paper into balls to plug my ears while sleeping, so the cockroaches wouldn't crawl in. When I first walked in, the room smelled damp and humid. It felt old and dirty, the TV didn't work and the aircon leaked. I bought pesticide, but spraying it seemed to drive the cockroaches out of their hiding places and made things worse. Stay here at your own risk. Bring pest spray, or good luck. I'll never stay again, even if it were free. This review is true. Whether you believe it is up to you.
