There are two bedrooms with air conditioning, and the kitchen has a fridge, microwave, water dispenser, stove, and washing machine. Just note there's only one toilet and no Wi-Fi. Api-api ikan bakar is two minutes away, and Nyiru Klasik is about six minutes away.

The homestay is spacious and nicely decorated, with two air-conditioned rooms. It has a water filter, detergent, and a washing machine, and is fully equipped. The owner is kind and considerate, and it feels worth the money. Kuala Perlis Jetty is 1.5 km away. 5/5 stars.
