The pool experience was disappointing from the start. I called before walking in to ask about using it. The price was RM10 per person for two hours, and when I asked about RM5 per person for one hour, the receptionist said no. The pool was dirty, with no supervision, proper changing room, towels, shower area, safety lockers, or proper drainage and water circulation. I saw none of the basic hygiene or safety measures being followed, including pre-swim showers, sanitation facilities, pool maintenance, or restrictions during lightning and other dangerous conditions. That seems like a high risk for disease transmission. MPKS, the Fire department, and the Health department should take action. Rules for running a hotel pool need to be followed before more serious problems occur.

We booked for four, but the room was so small it looked like a bird's nest. Booking.com said there was a swimming pool, then the hotel told us it was under maintenance. We weren't satisfied. There was no Tamil channel on the TV, and they said we couldn't turn the air conditioning temperature down.

I'd give it two stars because guests were allowed to smoke in a room with no window. Smoke from another room spread through the whole level, so people there were breathing secondhand smoke and could get cancer.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The ceiling was the most interesting part, with its firefly lamp. Great spot too, near the mosque and food outlets.

For someone traveling alone, this place seems fine. It's in a prime spot if you're arriving by bus, and I'd say it's the cheapest compared with other places. They have single rooms, plus facilities like WiFi and a swimming pool. It was very clean too.
