Capital O 91281 Hotel First Garden By Kr Cosmos

The staff didn't feel friendly or welcoming. There were coffee stains on the walls, no towels, a broken pipe, and a dirty toilet with cockroaches. The bathroom door was broken too. The TV turned on, but its remote didn't work. Cleanliness, upkeep, and service all need a lot of improvement. ⭐☆☆☆☆

I checked out on 19/1/2026 and still haven't got my deposit back. I contacted the hotel several times with no reply. They only got in touch after I posted a Google review, asking for my bank details. I sent them, but the refund still hasn't come through. When I followed up today, my message showed just one tick. It's disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and improves how it handles refunds and customer service.

I still haven't received my deposit. I contacted the number the admin suggested, and was told the refund would be transferred straight away, but nothing has arrived and there's been no response since. My calls weren't answered either. I won't book here again, and I don't recommend others try it. They take your deposit. If I don't hear back within 24 hours, I'll make sure the hotel pays the price.

First Garden Hotel by KR Cosmos Sdn Bhd felt calm and welcoming, and the staff were professional, attentive, and ready to help when I needed anything. My room was comfortable, well kept, and thoughtfully set up. Cleanliness and the small details stood out. It seems like a dependable stay for work or leisure, with comfort and good value.
