The room was clean and had a kettle, fridge, and a filter for hot or cold drinking water. The bathroom was large with a water heater, and there were plenty of TV channels. The staff were friendly, and breakfast had lots of choices.

Breakfast was simple but worth having. The room was clean and the staff friendly. It’s well placed for getting around, with 188 tower and Kula cakes both about a 10-minute walk away.

I liked the river view, the clean room, and the cafes and eateries nearby, which had great food. I stayed three days and had cold showers because the heater wasn’t working. I didn’t tell the hotel, since I didn’t want staff coming in to fix it or to change rooms. I’d still stay here again if I’m back in Kuantan.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was a good spot. Having a water dispenser at the hotel was convenient too. Everything gets 100 out of 10 from me. I recommend it and will come back, 100 stars out of 10!
