There's easy parking, and plenty of coffee shops, stores and food stalls nearby. Food isn't expensive, and there's a bank ATM about 100m away, plus a Dobi nearby. It's a little far from the town centre. The place is recommended for families and business people. There's a hot and cold Coway water dispenser, and a shirt iron outside the room area.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional at check-in, and I appreciate their hospitality. But our Family Room (Room 212) had several problems with cleanliness, maintenance and basic convenience. There was only one power outlet in the whole room, which was inconvenient for a family. The bedsheets and pillowcases had yellow stains and an unpleasant smell, making us wonder if they had been changed and washed after the previous guests. No towels were in the room when we arrived. The service phone outside the room didn't work, so we had to go to reception to ask for them. The staff helped promptly, but it was disappointing to have to do that. The bathroom floor tiles cracked audibly whenever we stepped on them, and we felt uneasy enough to walk carefully. The bathroom itself didn't seem properly cleaned for some time, with black mould on the ceiling and dirt stains on the floor. There was no shower gel or shampoo, though we had brought our own toiletries. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements so future guests don't have the same experience. I'm sharing this to help, not just to complain. A lower room rate shouldn't mean giving up basic cleanliness, maintenance or convenience. Those are basic expectations at any hotel, whatever the price range. Please improve and maintain the facilities to the standard guests deserve. Thank you.

Everything was okay. The room rental was cheap, and the hotel quality was okay too.

The Family Deluxe room is small, there are lots of cockroaches, and the aircon isn't cold. The inside of the aircon is dirty. Bad.

The worst hotel in the world.
