The room and bathroom were clean, the air-conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. I did notice light stains on the sheets and one little cockroach on the floor, so housekeeping should take note. Cafes and restaurants nearby make meals convenient, and there’s a supermarket within walking distance. A pleasant, good-value stay for solo travellers.

The staff were warm and helpful, and there’s a 24-hour laundry shop right beside the hotel. The room was affordable, with shopping malls and coffee shops close by. I’d stay here again.

In room 214, the bathroom was the biggest problem. It smelled bad, the door wouldn’t close securely or lock from inside, and the toilet seat was broken. When I showered, water ran out onto the floor outside. The bathroom really needs repairs and an upgrade. It made the stay feel unsafe and uncomfortable, and I don’t understand why the broken parts haven’t been fixed. The room itself was cramped, even the chair was uncomfortable to use. There was no water heater for drinking water, and although there’s a dispenser outside, no cups were supplied. Downstairs, the food area only takes cash, with no QR or card payment, which was inconvenient. Altogether, a poor stay.

EMART is nearby, with Watson, guardian and plenty more inside, and it’s easy to find Chinese restaurants and a pharmacy around here. The place was really clean and the receptionist was friendly. A nice spot to stay or just transit. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you One Point MANAGEMENT...
