The WiFi keeps disconnecting, the roof leaks, the toilet door won’t lock, and there’s no water dispenser. It’s dirty, and the staff are lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this trash hotel. If you come, you’ll definitely regret it.

You can easily reach Kuching’s attractions from this excellent location. I stayed in two different rooms, and the TV didn’t work in either one. The rooms are good, but they need some updating to feel like a 4 star budget hotel.

We held our company annual dinner here, and everyone was impressed with the food. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and the service was very nice. People got so caught up in the event that they didn’t want to leave even by midnight. Thanks to the hotel management for the great service.

The shower was broken, the towel had holes in it, and there was no footwear provided. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and both the AC and fan worked well. It’s also well placed for nearby restaurants and shopping.

It’s an old building, but the private parking felt safe. My daughter was startled and cried when she saw a cockroach, and the shower head came off while I was showering. I’d be better off staying at Abell hotel.
