This single-storey homestay can take up to 35 guests, with seven air-conditioned bedrooms. The listed price is RM100 per room per night. The beds include five singles and three queens, with room for four people in a room. Every bedroom has a private bathroom with a hot shower, and fresh towels, shampoo, bathing soap and hand towels are provided free. Guests can use the air-conditioned living room, which has a ceiling fan, sofa and flat-screen TV, and connect to the free Wi-Fi. There's a complete kitchen for anyone who prefers to cook at home, plus a pantry or lobby area for dining. The washing machine is outside. The gated compound has an automatic gate, so children can play around safely, though parents should supervise them at all times. From the back of the homestay, there's easy access to the waterfront along the Sarawak Riverbank.
