The room setup worked really well for our big family, and the kids especially liked the bunk beds. The mattresses were comfortable, and the staff were kind and quick to help whenever I needed anything. Having a Coway dispenser in the corridor near the lift was handy too. There were six of us, including an infant and young children, and I couldn't find another hotel with a room that would fit us. Cleanliness was a real problem. The room was dusty, the tray was so dirty I washed it myself, and the floor felt sticky enough that my feet turned black. The corridor carpet also had a dusty smell that made me uncomfortable. There wasn't much within walking distance, and I'd call the location just moderate.

The room was spacious and clean, and it looked as though it had just been renovated. Still, the price felt high for this standard, and they require a RM200 deposit.

The location keeps bringing me back, especially for business trips and weddings. I've stayed both before and after the renovations, and the staff have been friendly and my experience pleasant each time. Breakfast is where I'd like to see more choice. The food quality is good, but there aren't many options for children. Cereal would be a useful addition. Adults could also use a broader selection of Asian dishes and American-style breakfast items. Desserts felt limited, and fresh fruit and orange juice would suit guests looking for something lighter and healthier. It's still one of my favourite hotels for its location and service, and a wider breakfast buffet would make it better.

I was here for a dinner party, not an overnight stay, and had a great time. The food was decent, and the café where we held the event was nicely air-conditioned. It would be a good place for a farewell dinner. Thanks for giving us the chance to make lasting memories here ♥️

What works for one guest may not work for another, but we were happy with the room, breakfast, and friendly staff. For an affordable 5 day 4 night stay, that was enough for us. My family enjoyed breakfast every morning. I also appreciate the choice to avoid plastic drinking water. Bring your own tumbler or bottle and refill it at the Coway in the corridor. There was a glass jug in our room, but we preferred our own tumbler. We were satisfied with the hotel and its services.
