Everything was great, and the rates were reasonable. The room was neat and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. Staff at kuok pin hotel were friendly and polite, and the hotel is close to the city's main attractions. Thanks to all the staff, y'all rock!

I booked a family room, and guess what, there was only one plug for charging. The good thing is the location: lots of restaurants nearby and the waterfront is a 10-minute walk away. I stayed one night and have traveled both within and outside the country, but this was my first hotel where the bathroom floor was wet and unclean. It seemed like nobody had cleaned it after the previous guest left.

Parking at night was really difficult, and I ended up having to park far away. There’s no lift, and the stairs are quite steep. They only take cash, no card, which is such a hassle. Honestly, RM100+ feels like a lot for a hotel that looks this low-budget. The blanket was like an oversized towel, with clorox marks on it 🤦♀️.

The room was wet and really dirty, not comfortable at all. I'm Muslim, and when I checked, the kiblat was pointing the wrong way too. The air conditioner kept switching on and off. Arghhhhhhh.
