The shower head was faulty, and even after I asked for it to be replaced, nothing was done. Toilet tissue wasn't replenished when it ran out. Basic room amenities need to be maintained properly. If the hotel wants to stay in business, it needs to seriously overhaul its operations and perhaps completely refurnish the place.

We booked through the Agoda app, and several things were disappointing once we checked in. The room smelled, the air conditioning unit was an issue, and on our third day there was no water in the rooms. The place seems to have a lot that needs fixing. It may have been a good hotel in the past, but these days it feels neglected by management. The staff were helpful, though cleanliness needs attention. Breakfast was made to order rather than buffet style, so guests had to tell reception what they wanted. Parking is available, but the hotel isn't wheelchair accessible.

I attended the RF3 Business Opportunity Program there on 12.1.2018. The conference room felt stuffy and warm, with air conditioning that didn't seem to work properly. It was also quite small and not very clean, and the ceiling looked faded. The toilets need better upkeep too. Maintenance and service could be improved.

This is quite a long story. Easily the worst three-star hotel I've stayed in, both for the room and the staff service. I waited more than 30 minutes to check in at around 10 pm. The first room had working lamp switches, but none of its power sockets worked. I went to the desk because I couldn't charge my phone or other devices. The staff member said they couldn't move me since every room was booked. I found that hard to believe during the Covid19 pandemic, especially when I could see only two cars in the parking lot, including mine. They suggested checking the sockets with me in the room. I tried each one with a charger and phone while the staff member watched, and he said my charger was broken. I pulled out another charger and tested again, with the same result: none of the sockets worked. The next suggestion was to charge my devices at reception. How thoughtful. After I asked to speak by phone with the hotel manager, I was finally moved to another room. That took over half an hour more of waiting in the lobby. The curtains there were dirty, the pillows smelled, and the TV channels had a poor signal. There was hair all over the floor too. I have no idea how they clean the rooms, or how long this one had gone without being cleaned.

The food was tasty, especially the toast and porridge, though by the time we came down for breakfast at 7, it was nearly gone and there wasn't much left. I stayed here with a friend before, and everything else was nice, but it got very noisy at night. We couldn't tell where the sound came from, only that it seemed very close to our room.
