Seladah Stay

I loved watching the fish in the pond at the center, and it was easy to walk to plenty of good food places and a supermarket. Grabs were easy to get from here too. The house is in a great spot and has useful shared access to the kitchen, washer, dryer, purified tap water, and air conditioning. The place itself is nice, though it could use a little care. Everything is handled through a smart access system, and the landlord responds to his phone well. The family room wasn't comfortable for me. The bed was very old, and the first one I tried had a dip that let the wires dig into me. If you have back trouble, I wouldn't recommend these beds, I woke up with a sore back. The bathroom smelled a bit and needed a deep clean and repairs. The shower drain sometimes pushed up gross stuff, and the temperature knob was broken. My first two showers were quite cold. Maybe other guests had used up the hot water, since the third shower was less shocking and I could wash the day's grease off more easily. There seem to be eight rooms for rent, so with a shared house it depends who else is staying. My first night was really noisy because a family held a loud religious service in the common living room, which disturbed the peace and made me uncomfortable. I also sneezed a bit in my room, though I couldn't tell if it was dust or mould. Some lights in the shared area weren't working, so it was dark, I had to use my phone as a torch to use the washer. It's probably okay for a short stay if you're not too sensitive or fussy, and maybe the other rooms are more comfortable and in better repair.

The area was quiet, with shops and restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple to do yourself, and the host was quick to respond and helpful. My room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean, and I found the stay really comfortable.

The place felt safe and was clean, with parking available. I chose a bedroom with its own toilet, which was convenient and affordable. There are shops and the town area nearby, and the stay also has a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, iron, and a TV with Netflix.

Booked through Agoda, and the host replied quickly on WhatsApp. The room was clean and nice. Everything has been good so far.
