Bad experience at Jazz 3 level 9. The cleaner opened the door at 10.50/10.55am to clean, even after we told her checkout was at 12pm. When we opened the door to leave at 11.41am, she was already waiting right outside. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. They wouldn’t let us check in early, but at checkout it felt like they were chasing us out. Rm290 per night is a lot to pay to be treated that way. The owner replied very late when I asked about the keys, and I had to call in the morning. The toilets were dirty too, with yellowish seats. Not recommended!

The security guard was rude. He spoke behind the glass door where I couldn’t hear him, then talked with another guard in Bahasa Sarawak without telling me which suites were staying there.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the owner was quick to respond. A nice place to stay.

The instant noodles curl up too much when cooked. I can't figure out how to get them straight again. Maybe a hair dryer or an iron could work like a ruler.
