Sri Enstek Hotel Klia, Klia 2 & F1

I stayed in a Superior Queen Room. It was comfortable and clean, and the location is handy, with 24-hour shops, Subway, FamilyMart, Watsons and others nearby. The bathroom sometimes had a slight smell, probably from the drainage, but it didn’t really bother me.

The hotel was clean and smelled nice, and the surroundings were tidy. There’s open parking with plenty of space, and it’s not far from the main roads. Lots of places to eat are nearby, including restaurants, fast food, cafes and convenience stores, as well as Watsons. In the room there was a kettle, mugs and instant coffee. I wish there were a mini fridge and iron in the room, but there’s a shared fridge and iron with ironing boards in the corridors.

Parking was a little difficult, though it wasn’t a big problem for me. I liked the hotel even though it’s budget-priced. It was clean, smelled good, and everything worked.

I had a very disappointing experience with SRI ENSTEK. I changed my booking dates through Booking.com and got confirmation of the new price, but the hotel didn’t update the date correctly. I was charged for two nights even though I stayed for only one. I was also upset by how receptionist Jiha handled it. Rather than explain the non-refundable payment clearly and deal with the problem professionally, her attitude made things more frustrating while I was already stressed about sorting out the payment. If the conversation had been calm and professional from the start, I probably wouldn’t have become emotional or said harsh things out of frustration. I felt provoked. Problems involving bookings and money need calm, understanding, professional customer service. I hope SRI ENSTEK management improves its communication and the way it handles guests.
