There's a pleasant sea view just across the street, and the staff were attentive, prepared, and gave excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast package included comforting, tasty choices for all ages. Right in the heart of Lahad Datu town, the hotel is handy for leisure or business, with restaurants, grocery stores, and a mosque close by. I'd definitely return.

The lobby café sells coffee and pastries, which was handy for a quick break or an evening snack. I was also happy with the simple but delicious breakfast, which had a nice, home-cooked feel. I stayed in Room 226 for two nights on a work trip. The room was clean, roomy, and well equipped, and the WiFi stayed fast and stable, so working was easy. A great option in Lahad Datu for work or leisure. I'd come back.
We used the ballroom for a corporate dinner. It fit 100pax just right, and the sound system was great.
The room felt big and open, with a large king bed set off-centre. There was a long built-in table instead of a coffee table, plus just one chair, so the layout came across like an office with a bed. At first glance, the hotel looks more upscale, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
