For RM105 per night during the school holidays, I got a room for four with two queen beds because the smaller rooms had sold out. I think that was quite a bargain. The room was okay for the price, and the eatery was fine if you’re hungry, though it wasn’t anything memorable from the trip. The air-conditioning wasn’t cold. I opened it up and found the filter filthy and clogged with thick dust, so I washed it myself, and then it was okay. Also, there’s no elevator, just stairs. Only the homestay or full apartment is on the ground floor; the other rooms are upstairs, so be ready to carry your luggage. If you found my review helpful, please give it a like to help others too.

This was the worst experience I’ve had in hotels. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Something here just isn’t logical, and the receptionist was very lazy. I don’t want to describe it further. I hope they understand what’s wrong and improve things in the future.

GM Burger is one of the well-known places to eat in Kuah, with a variety of delicious food. GM Homestay is a nice budget guesthouse, and the akak receptionist is beautiful and nice. You can rent a car here too. 10/10.

It was an okay burger, nothing special. It arrived lukewarm instead of piping hot, and I’d have preferred it served hot.

Using the toilet meant calling reception to check the water pump each time. That’s a real hassle at night, especially since there’s no receptionist there then.
