The apartments themselves are pleasant and sit within a nice hotel, but the construction right outside made a huge difference to our stay. A whole new high rise hotel is being built next door, and the listing didn’t make that clear. The owners accepted no responsibility for the misleading listing and offered a complimentary breakfast as a so called “gesture of goodwill”. That felt wholly inadequate, and the disruption spoiled our trip. Work starts at 7am with heavy machinery and carries on through the day. Sleep was difficult, and the noise made the balcony unusable. The building site completely blocks the view. Please avoid booking until construction is finished, though the new hotel will obscure the view completely once it’s built.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa. There’s outdoor parking, and inside it’s laid out over two floors. Upstairs are two bedrooms with three beds in total, enough for up to six people, plus two bathrooms and a laundry room. Downstairs has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and private pool.

The rooftop pool bar was nice, and the location worked really well for walking out to meals and entertainment. The rooms were very nice too, and the staff service was top notch. If I could, I’d give it six stars. You have to experience it yourself to believe me.

We’d definitely rent this villa again for our family. It’s a beautiful place with a private swimming pool, and the staff are professional and provide excellent service. It’s ideal for a large family, in Chenang, very close to the beach and the liveliest places in Langkawi.

We stayed four days in Villa 5 as a group of ten. The bedrooms were large, the kitchen was huge and well equipped, and the private pool was amazing. The place was beautiful, and staff were humble and kind, with good support throughout. It’s a five minute self drive to Cenang beach. There weren’t many vegetarian dishes, but the chef helped by making some vegetarian food for us at breakfast.
