I was really disappointed. The place felt rundown and poorly looked after. The floor hadn’t even been swept, and cobwebs were easy to see. I suspect the owner may not know what’s going on and is relying entirely on the caretaker, but this needs to be addressed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The calm atmosphere and privacy made this feel a lot like being at home. Parking is spacious and safe, and it’s easy to get to the main road, restaurants, and supermarkets. The owner was friendly, easy to contact, and quick to answer questions. Teluk Batik Villa Homestay is roomy, clean, and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, air-conditioned bedrooms, and fast WiFi. It worked well for our family gathering, and could suit people coming for work too. It’s well worth the price, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly stay or a comfortable business trip.
Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable, and the location is handy for nearby amenities. The host was easy to deal with and very friendly. Great value, and I’d happily come back. Thank you so much. Alhamdulillah.
