OYO 89683 GM Holiday Hotel Permai Jaya

Parking is the main issue during peak times, school holidays, or festive seasons, when the rooms are usually fully booked. Spaces become limited unless customers are willing to pay for parking coupons.

Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces, and the location is good, away from the city. I stayed in room 211. The service was responsive, though I think guests should get two keycards, as at most hotels I've visited. The room was good, with an acceptable bathroom and a water heater, but the bathroom felt small for a queen and single bedroom. There wasn't a closet or a mirror outside the bathroom, just a small place to hang clothes and no makeup table for beauty stuff.

The walls are thin, so we could hear people in the next room and out in the corridor. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable enough for one night, with plenty of parking and friendly, accommodating staff.

Just my take on it as a budget hotel: I loved everything. The room felt well worth the money, and the ambience, front desk, customer service, and hospitality were all five stars for me. Parking isn't provided, so you have to use the lot around the block building, but it isn't dark at night.
