Bali Premier Residence Melaka

The view from our unit was lovely, with both the city and the sea in sight, and the ground floor had handy extras like indoor games, snacks and a supermarket. I was there with my mother, and we both slept comfortably. The apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and the security made us feel safe. Our host answered quickly and let us leave our luggage after checkout, which we appreciated. It is a bit away from the city centre, so getting around takes some planning, but we had a very pleasant stay.

The big room was a plus, and you can walk out to nearby shophouses. There’s also a small play area in the lobby with decent prices, once you get down there. But the lifts are a mess. People on the lower floors can’t get a lift going down, so they ride up, then people higher up can’t get on to go down. It keeps going in a circle, and waits can be over 10 minutes. The view wasn’t much to look at, and there’s only one toilet for everyone in the room. If you have another choice, I’d skip this place.

The location was convenient, and our two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit had plenty of space. The particular unit we got is hard to recommend, though. There was a cockroach smell coming from the bed, which made me think pest control might not be done properly. The second bathroom also had no proper ventilation, and it smelled bad.

The calm atmosphere and being close to the ocean made this a lovely place to unwind, even though it’s a little far from the city centre. Bali Residences Melaka has stunning sea views, and the clean, modern aquapark and swimming pool are great for families. Our room was spacious and cozy, with the modern facilities we needed. A perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.
