We booked through hostel world, but after arriving, the receptionist kept asking for the booking reference and left us waiting for over 20 minutes. They insisted the number and name were wrong even though we gave them all the details we had been sent. Eventually they told us to go to another hotel. We lost our deposit and an hour of our time.

The room was very clean, which is the only reason I'm giving one star. There was almost nothing in it, not even a blanket, something I haven't encountered at other cheap hotels in KL. We booked for two people and got only one towel. I requested two single beds through boking. com, and a staff member said it was arranged, but we ended up with one queen bed. The only thing provided was shower cream.

Nobody was at the reception counter, and none of the numbers I called answered. After waiting about 15 minutes, I saw two Indonesia women walk over carrying fried food. I finally got the key to room 305, and that's when my nightmare started. See the pictures. 😱😱😱 The customer service was bad.

The woman at reception was nice, and there's a Coway water dispenser downstairs. Parking was easy and the air conditioning worked. But the water flow was so weak that I didn't even shower here. Hygiene was about 4/10, though the place was liveable. You get what you pay for, somewhere to crash.

There was no signboard, and the hotel name is Myhome, while the website said collection O 88. I'd booked and paid for three rooms, but when I checked in at night, I was told they were all rented out and none were available. The young boy at reception had a poor attitude. Why didn't anyone call before renting out my three rooms?
