The room was a 5 for me: I chose a deluxe room with two beds to get a bit more space, and it was cheap, simple, comfortable, and quiet. Location gets a 5 too, but service was a 2. I booked the same hotel again for the next day and wanted to switch rooms because I had personal work and planned to stay in all day. I thought changing rooms would be quick since it was a new booking, but they said they don't clean guests' rooms. They told me to check out at 12 and wait until check-in at 3. I was charged the same as a new guest for the next day, but they didn't provide the service I expected. Best for a 1-2 day stay.

The room was okay, clean, and had basic amenities. There's an ironing board shared on the floor, plus a massage parlour, coffee cafe, and asam pedas restaurants nearby. Mahkota Parade is within walking distance. It's a budget hotel without an elevator, so good luck if you're staying on the 3rd floor.

It's a nice hotel at a reasonable price, near a city landmark. The air conditioner sits right in front of the bed, and there's no tissue or mirror in the bathroom. There's no lift either, so be ready for the stairs if you're bringing heavy luggage. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The inn has an ironing board, which is really convenient, but the towels and sheets weren't clean enough. There were dirty stains on the bedsheets. Since there's no lift, be prepared to climb the stairs. A backpack is easier to carry than a big suitcase.

It's comfortable and worth the price as long as you don't expect too much. The location is great, near the weekend uptown, the tourist centre, and Menara Taming Sari.
