There was just one air conditioner for a big room, and it wasn’t cold. Even after leaving it on all night, it was cooler outside. I was also charged RM20 for a missing towel. I should have checked everything before checking in and going to sleep, so that part was my mistake. I won’t stay here again. If you do, take pictures of everything before and after.

There was nowhere to put or hang clothes, and my room didn’t even have a window. It was a terrible experience, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Check the room before paying.

The receptionists were nice, and the room was comfortable. Reasonable price, worth it.

The front desk service was awful and the staff had no manners. Don’t go!
