The place was very dirty, the Wi-Fi kept dropping, and the counter service was poor. The price was much higher than what they had listed. I wouldn’t stay here.

Good value, with a comfortable, nice room. Restaurants, shops, and massage places are nearby.

It was easy to find food around here, and the hotel is close to Mahkota Medical Center. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the place was clean for a reasonable price. I’d stay again. One suggestion: reception should let guests know that room service is available on request.

The saver room means sharing a toilet, and ours was broken and dirty. If you can afford it, maybe upgrade or choose another hotel, haha. It does save money if you’re really on a budget. Good luck, good night, sleep well.

I ended up sleeping in my car after seeing the room. It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen in Melaka, and the whole place felt haunted. There was dust everywhere, the shared washroom shower had no pressure, and the drain was blocked and smelled so bad I vomited when I went in. The room and washroom looked nothing like the pictures in the ads. I uploaded photos showing their actual condition. For that price and room, I’d give it minus four stars.
