Really bad service and a terrible experience. The flush didn’t work, water leaked from the bathroom into the room and got our luggage wet, and there was no TV service. The hotel was still under construction, and the owner didn’t respond to our requests. Please check the room before confirming payment.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the nasi lemak. The staff did forget the water order for several tables, including ours. If they hadn’t missed the order, I’d have rated it higher.

There aren't enough workers here, and it takes over 10 minutes just to place an order. You have to go to the counter and ask before sitting down. The people handling payments give really poor service and should get some training. If things don't improve, the shop should move somewhere more rural.

I waited half an hour for two cheese naans to take away, but ended up with just one because they said they had run out of dough. I was charged 10 RM, twice the usual price, and only realized after paying that it was for a single flatbread. It had no cheese inside like it normally should, only a little grated cheese on top. The person at the oven was unfriendly. I can fool myself just fine, thank you. Feels like a tourist trap.

The hotel is closed. I booked through traveloka and arrived to check in, but found a delayed letter on the door. The hotel next door told me it had been closed since last year. Anyone planning to book should call first to check.
