The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is handy for lots of attractions, about 15 to 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. Amenities include an iron and water dispensers in the common area, a hair dryer, a kettle with instant coffee, AC, hot and cold water, shampoo, and body wash. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

I slept well in the hotel’s quiet, peaceful atmosphere after days exploring Melaka. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, and made the stay easy. There are eateries, shopping areas, and popular attractions close by, so it works for families and leisure travelers. The room was spacious and thoughtfully furnished with the essentials. It was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The hotel feels modern, clean, and welcoming from arrival. Queenspark Lovita Hotel offers good value, combining comfort, convenience, and dependable service.

There was no water at all from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM, and we hadn’t been warned or offered any solution. When we asked for a refund for one night because we were checking out the next day, the owner was rude and unprofessional, saying things like, “You already stayed right, don’t play.” That’s a terrible way to speak to paying guests. The toilet was filthy, with visible stains everywhere, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. Hygiene standards weren’t met. The facilities and service were poor, and the hotel is completely not worth the price. There are much better places in Melaka. Strongly not recommended. This is one of the worst hotels in Melaka.

I checked in, saw how basic the room was, and had to find another hotel. There wasn’t even a locker, the towel looked like it had been used for years, and the bed felt like it had been recycled from somewhere else. I asked the manager for a partial refund and got the non-refund policy repeated back to me. I’ve rarely come across such poor service.
